I was wondering where all the frogs were hiding lately and hoping that their populations were not threatened. I was surprised today to find this one hiding in a seed tray in my glass house. I got quite a surprise. So did he and he leapt away quite dramatically.

Great Photos of a Peron’s Tree Frog: Other names Emerald-spotted Tree Frog, Laughing Tree Frog, Maniacal Cackle Frog. These guy crack me up when they are calling. The call is very long and drawn out, and slowly increases in volume ‘cra-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhk’
